What do I get when I buy a printable pack?+
A PDF file, US Letter size (8.5 × 11 in), one picture per page, ready to print at home or at any print shop. The download page opens right after payment and we email the link too.
How is the printable different from the paperback?+
The printable pack has 12 pages you print yourself, as many times as you like. The paperback (on Amazon) has all 40+ pages of that book printed single-sided on white paper, so no printer needed and nothing bleeds through.
How do I pay?+
PayPal, or any credit / debit card through PayPal's guest checkout — no PayPal account needed. Customers in Vietnam can also pay by bank transfer (VietQR).
Can I use the pages in my classroom or daycare?+
Yes — print as many copies as your class needs. Please don't resell the files or share the PDF itself.
What paper and printer settings work best?+
Plain letter paper is fine for crayons and pencils; use thicker paper (24 lb / card stock) for markers. Choose "Fit to page" and black & white in the print dialog.
Can I get a refund?+
Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, but if a file is broken, missing pages or not what you ordered, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Paperbacks follow Amazon's return policy.
How long does my download link work?+
30 days, and you can download each file several times. Keep the email — or write to us if you lose it and we'll send a fresh link.
