Short version: we keep only what we need to deliver your files and emails, and we never sell it.
Your name and email when you order, sign up for the free sampler or chat with our helper; your order number, amount and payment time; anonymous usage events so we can see which pages people like.
Delivering your files, confirming payment, sending the printing tips and product emails you signed up for, and answering support requests.
Nobody else. Data passes only through the services needed to run the store: hosting, email delivery and payment processing (PayPal, or our bank for Vietnamese transfers). We never sell or trade your details.
Card details are handled entirely by PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email. To see, change or delete your data, email us and we'll do it within a few days.
Only what's needed to remember your session and where you came from (so we know which channel brought you here). No advertising trackers.
